Small, focused, responsive to consumers seeking to maintain clean and healthy homes and workplaces, we supply many small stores and businesses, and large customers including Sobey’s, Loblaw, school boards, hospitals and the Department of National Defense. Our products and services have been recognized for their excellence by The Canadian Council of Ministers for the Environment and Environment Canada.

CLEANING & FLOOR CARE
We offer one-stop shopping for a wide range of cleaning supplies and equipment. Our product line includes floor finishes, strippers, general and specialty cleaning solutions. Bebbington floor care products provide great looking floors that are durable and easy to maintain. We stock a wide range of supplies including paper, garbage bags, mops, brooms, buckets and equipment.

RESTAURANTS
Our full service restaurant program will meet all your cleaning needs. It includes ware-wash, grease trap maintenance, sanitizers, specialty kitchen items cleaning and floor care products. Our ware-wash and kitchen products are fully supported by our equipment service program.

FOOD PLANTS
We have developed products and training programs for start-up plants and on-going operations. Our food-agri program provides a complete line of C.F.I.A. approved cleaning and sanitizing products, with appropriate mixing and dispensing equipment. We can help plants write S.O.P.’s for sanitation programs that ensure full compliance with their H.A.C.P.P.

Sustainability
Sustainability is about not sacrificing the future in order to meet today’s needs.
It is generally accepted that our economy is not sustainable and that we need to move towards an economy and way of life that will not deplete our resources or pollute our environment.
Sustainable living involves the better use of resources, the increase use of renewable resources, the reduction of pollution and waste, and the development of local economies.
Sustainable living will help ensure that our children and grandchildren enjoy at least the same living standard that we do.
Bebbington Industries has been a leader in developing products and services that protect the earth and promote sustainability. We were the first company to receive EcoLogo certification for both cleaning and laundry products and in 1998 we were the recipient of an award from the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment for our recycling programs. Bebbington Industries: Sustainability Programs
For the Environment:
- We design our products to be as safe as possible for the environment
- Many of our products are independently certified through Environment Canada's Environmental Choice Program and carry the EcoLogo. Bebbington Industries was the first company to obtain EcoLogo certification for cleaning and laundry products
- All of our products are biodegradable and use low toxic ingredients so that they sit lightly on the environment
- Our commercial and consumer products are phosphate free and will not stimulate algae growth in our waterways
- We incorporate renewable plant based ingredients into our products
For the User:
- We design our products to be as safe as possible for the user
- Our low toxicity and low VOC consumer and commercial products provide improved health and safety benefits for the product users and for the occupants of the buildings in which they are used
- Our cleaning products are non-scented in consideration of people with allergies and sensitivities
- Many of our cleaning products are listed in the Allergy & Environmental Health Association's "Guide to Less Toxic Products"
For Waste Reduction:
- We recycle materials in the bottles that we use. Our GREEN KNIGHT bottles contain over 50% of previously used plastic material
- We buy back and reuse the 20L containers that our products are shipped in. We have reused over 25,000 20L containers and drums, reducting waste to our local landfills and the usage of non-renewable resources
- We use plastic labels that can be recycled with the bottle - paper labels must be removed before the bottle can be recycled
- In 1997 Bebbington Industries was the recipient of an award from the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment in recognition of our recycling programs.
