FREIGHT INFORMATION
MARITIME PROVINCES: Shipping charges to customers in locations serviced by our courier are a flat rate of $ 20.00 per order. CLICK HERE for a list of locations served. We reserve the right to surcharge for additional freight charges to Maritime customers not directly in our service area.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE MARITIMES: All orders are for pick up only. We ask that customers outside of the Maritimes arrange for their carrier to pick up their order.
We have over 30 years experience in the manufacture and supply of chemicals for use in laboratory, hospital, food processing and industrial applications. We supply chemicals in technical, ACS, food and other specialty grades in packaging formats ranging from 500 grams to drums and totes.
The GRADE of the source chemical used to package our products is identified. Any USP/Food Grade material that we repackage is not suitable for use in a pharmaceutical or food application. All of the standards that we offer are traceable to NIST.
Technical Grade - Suitable for many commercial and industrial applications. Purity can often be very good, particularly for solvents.
ACS Grade - ACS chemicals meet or exceed the purity standards of the American Chemical Society and are suitable for use in general purpose laboratory applications.
USP, NF and FCC - Chemicals that conform to the requirements of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP), the National Formulary (NF) and the Food Chemical Codex (FCC). These products meet the requirements for use in pharmaceutical processing (USP and NF) and for use in food processing operations (FCC). *Note: When repackaged, these products are no longer suitable for food or pharmaceutical applications.
NIST - The US National Institute of Standards and Technology supplies standard reference materials for use as calibration standards.
AWWA - Meets the standards of the American Water Works Association.
